About the Act

Over an illustrious career that has spanned close to four decades, Peaches & Herb have established themselves as the Sweethearts of Soul, and an international household name.

They have enjoyed a long string of worldwide hits, starting with "Let's Fall In Love" and "Close Your Eyes" in the 60s thru "Shake Your Groove Thing" during the late 70s disco era, and their triple-platinum 80s hit "Reunited".

Peaches & Herb have starred on most major television shows, including Dick Clark's American Bandstand, Soul Train, Mike Douglas, Merv Griffin, and Hollywood Squares. They hosted The Midnight Special, and much more recently have been featured in PBS music specials.

They made history in 1981 by performing on the Bob Hope Special from Mainland China, the first African-American performers to do so.

Several of their songs have become classics that continue to get airplay today.
