This exciting 18 piece ensemble performs a wide range of big band material.
If swing dancing is your thing you won't be disappointed with the orchestra's authentic renditions of Glenn Miller and Tommy Dorsey. Jazz lovers won't want to miss the band blazing through Duke Ellington and Maynard Ferguson as well as jazz originals.
The orchestra has been together since 1986, performing on many prominent events including the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival, the Alexandria Memorial Day Jazz Festival, the City of Frederick Baker Park Concert Series, A Taste of Bethesda and the Bethesda Metro Center Friday Night Dances.
They have performed for the International Monetary Fund and at Blues Alley and the Cosmos Club.
